Sales Tax Form
You are responsible for the collection of the 7% sales tax. We will provide a tax collection form and personalized envelope for the collected sales tax monies to be put in. PLEASE complete the form and submit your sales tax to the Friends of Raymond check-in booth at end of the event. It is imperative that you complete and submit the tax form, EVEN if you are a non-profit, or submit your taxes in another way.
